I must start by saying that this wod gave me some pretty heavy anxiety today! The first time I did this wod was on a Saturday and its the only wod that has had me almost walk out of the gym! That was a few months back and I recall my time being around 32-35 minutes. It was quite frustrating and I almost didn't come to the gym today.

I told Eric my hatred for this wod and how it made me crazy the last time around and about almost quiting while doing it. He told me to do it the exact same way (85 lbs and push ups) and do Sub-22. He pushed me to take control of my breathing and to just stay steady. The phrase "Slow is steady, Steady is Fast" was stated multiple times. I focused on slowing down and not blowing out of the gate. I ended up with a time of 19:28, at 85lbs and push-ups. I would like to thank Eric for getting my head straight and pushing me to kick this wod in the ass. Thanks dude!

Great job Dylan!
