Box Jump 

WOD:

Pushup-to-Deadlift (135/95)
Kettlebell Thrusters (55's/35's)

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 rep rounds for time. 

Terrance hitting a 405lb Deadlift (2nd time ever going heavy)

I was not my strongest this morning but got through it.

John and Brad great job- way to roll out the pain!! Eric your BFF is not nice- you need to have a talk with him about being a little more gentle with his ways!

Afterwards, Nick and I worked on box jump for height and got up to 44".

On November 14th my time was 21:45 with the same weights! Whoa!!! That makes me feel good. I guess that's what losing 15lbs will do for you.

15:02 With 25# KB 123# Deadleft. Put a 33#bar on accident. Should have been a 45# bar.

Previous was 16:15. Knew it was going to be awful, so did very small sets of thrusters with short rests. I doubt there will come a day when I can do that wod unbroken!!

16:46 as rx'd. Last time was 13:51, but only with 25 lb KB's, and undoubtedly cooler temps. Great job to the 6:00 pm class! Great way to start the weekend! Color Run tomorrow!!!!!!!!!

I double checked and my previous time was 15:49 (I thought it was 17:??) with 25lbs. Definite improvement.

Great job to everyone that improved their times or increased their weight. 6 o'clockers did awesome tonight.
