I have seen the names of many Hero WODs, but I have never seen one named "Big Shaun". And don't try to tell me, Barber, that the WOD was posted at 8:00 pm sharp and has been there the whole time, and it must be something wrong with my computer...blah, blah, blah....I'm not buying it! LOL!

Seriously... If this wasn't posted exactly at 8pm, then how did you know it was a picture of big Shaun? This WOD was posted at 8pm sharp. You seriously need to get your ghetto PC fixed.

At the 7am class
At 9am ran 2 miles in 18 min
Best 2 mile time in 10 years.

I need a trailer and a couple of muscle-heads to help me move a dining room set (table, china cabinet and 6 chairs) from Tulsa to Broken Arrow this weekend.

My previous PR was 275 set way back on 8/27/10. So, over a year and a half later, I can lift a whole 5 lbs more! LOL! Actually, since that last PR, I hadn't even come close to it again, until today. So, I'll take it!

Boy was I glad that Chad was there at 6 am (since the rest of the 6 am class was missing) so I didn't have a one-on-one training with Barber. Just kidding EB, I appreciated our impromptu nutrition class. Ready to get it going and appreciated you pushing me to a new 1 PR.
We will see you guys in a week as we are headed to Vegas for a business conference but will be sending pics from the crossfit gym there when we take a class.
