"Diane" 2:02 rx'd

Diane with #105 and 20" box HSPU time - 7:05

7:29 rx'd

Question: Isn't the Rx'd weight for women 155#? I mean, 135# sounds GREAT! Just curious.

Erika: it is 155#, but our GRs are based off of 135#. Next time I'll do 155#--the deadlifts aren't the hard part anyway :)

Nice time on Diane Chad! Looking at the regional times so far - that would put you tied for #3.

Erika,
In the words of Matt Chan in my Level I, "the women's weight is calculated at 68% of the men's weight." Sometimes HQ follows their own rules...sometimes they don't. LOL

I did this rx'd by our gym standards but my time is embarrassing!! But 1st time to do it rx'd so ok :)

Oh and I also loved the warmup you had set up for today Eric!!

Did this for the first time on my own today.. Pretty bad when HSP are the easy part! 7:12 rx'd

6:20 w/155lbs
There weren't any abmats left so I went down to what I'll guess is two of them. It's just an estimate but I know that touching my hair to the ground does not count, unfortunately.

Great job Sarah. I know your noggin' hit the ground

5:04 mod. (24" box HSPU)

Thanks Stacy! I had the headache to prove it! :)

Chad was ridiculous--I think he was done before I finished my first set of deadlifts!

8 AM:
a) "Diane"
b) 3x10 reps of Hang Snatches
c) Pushup ladder

6 PM:
TU Speed WOD
4x800m (200m walking cooldown)

8:36 with 155lb deadlift and 2 abmats. Did 10 with 1 abmat. Great job to those with their 1st rx for this workout.
