Bench Press, 3x1 @ 90% 1RM, or,
Ring Flyes ladder 

WOD: 2012 CrossFit Games Regional: Individual Event 3

Four rounds for time of:
10 Dumbbell snatches, (100/70)
200 foot Sprint

Time cap is 10 minutes.  Scale accordingly and post time and modifications to comments.

9:01 with 40 pounds on my 40th birthday. GREAT job noon class !!!!!

Done at work (no clock) @ 50#. Was worried about my left arm--turns out its better than my right. Would like to try it rx'd sometime, but ignore the time cap.

Overhead Squats 5x5
MuscleUp practice 20 reps

WOD: 6:51 with 75 lbs

20 then 25# at 6:40

It was awesome to venture into another class, and I chose well! Rah Thursday 12:00!!!

Fun class at 12:00!!

6:15 with 45lbs, fun workout.

7:33 w/45#
