Nothing like being "counseled" when you blow through the 3X5 FS too fast. However, to be able to say that I need to increase my 1 RM is a great thing.
6 am rocks. 21.:22 for Baseline.
Looking for tips, tricks, words of wisdom, words of advise and probably some prayer in going to the Paleo zone. Ken and I have made the commitment.
