Listed below are links to weblogs that reference Monday, April 23rd, 2012:
6:27 as rx'd.
Eric wanted us to pick a weight that would allow us to do this in 5 minutes or less. Unfortunately the deadlift weight isn't what slows me down on this workout. I am just SLOWER THAN A DEAD TURTLE when it comes to burpees...and I did them pretty much unbroken! Seriously...I'm not sure I could have done it in less than 5 minutes if I had ONLY done burpees!!!! LOL! After all, I only did 70 burpees in 7 minutes during the Open Competition. Nevertheless, I beat my previous time by over a minute...so I will take it.
By the way, make sure you try the new soap dispensers at the gym...they are "Lite and Foamy"! ;-)

Reminder:
For those of you who went last week and those of you who still want to try, the ADULT TUMBLING class is tomorrow night @ 7:30!!
Last week Cory, Ian, Justin and Erika all learned back handsprings and standing back tucks while I realized I am physically retarded and learned how to point my toes. So fun!! :)

LOL Sarah! You are not physically retarded! But pointing your toes is a good thing to learn, as it makes one look so much more dainty while they're being a beast in the CrossFit gym!

Guess I should've pushed myself a little harder if Jordan can deliver a baby faster than I can do burpees! Congrats Tim and Jordan.
