So missing everyone!!! I will be in before baby hopefully a few more times! Can't wait to be back full time!!!!!

First, 2k Row: 7:33 (8 Damper Setting)
Then, 1 Mile Run: 8:12

CROSSFIT CARDIO, CROSSFIT CARDIO, CROSSFIT CARDIO....wooooohoooooo soooo excited! :)

Ladies Class:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of KB swings (35 lbs) and KB squat clean to overhead, with 15 situps between each set: 13:12

Then un-timed Team WOD (I had a team of three people - two people working, one person resting...aka"suffering"):

150 hand release pushups - "rest" in plank position on elbows
225 sit ups - "rest" in hollow rock or "V" positon
300 body squats - "rest" at bottom of squat

THEN: 200m sprint X 2 (not timed)

I finished another one of Kymm's awesome workouts! Im telling ya, her class is not for Sissy's!! Great job ladies!!
