WOD: Three separately timed rounds of:
500m KB Farmer's Carry
Go as heavy as you dare. Dumbbells may also be used if we run out of kettlebells. Must keep hands on handles only. 500m starts and finishes in the middle of the gym. Post loads and times to comments.
NextGen favorite; Nelson, (with a new knee) finally able to start working in jump-ropes! Happy for you man!!!
