Marcy you left your name off the list from yesterday!! I was standing around watching you yesterday marveling at how easy the weight was for you. You were pretty much shoulder pressing...you are so strong you didn't need help from from your hips!! Isn't it cool to be of "advanced maternal age" and be able to do the things we can do?! :) haha!!

Your performance on Saturday was amazing!!! 225# deadlift for reps and rounds?!?!? I always think that if I can get 80% or more of what Marcy lifts I'm doing good! :)

Kymm....I put my time in the board, but there were so many people at the gym that it must have been hard to find. Anyway, I was just happy to get done in time!

And Sarah, I lift about 80% of Stacy W.!!!!! Lol!

If I make it to the gym today, it should be interesting. This one might take longer for me than yesterday's WOD!

Marcy I just meant the list of nextgen females you made in yesterday's blog. You are such an inspiration and don't even know it!!

Anyone else notice Lukes evil grin?

Luke was only laughing because he decided everytime someone touched the ground (or he thought someone did) we could all do burpees....

He didn't follow that rule though! I witnessed 0 burpees!

So, I am proud to say I had the slowest rxd time today at 22:52. But at least I did it rx'd, and even strung together 17 DU's unbroken about half way through! I am now officially exhausted!

First time to do Rooster with double unders. I'm pooped!

Thanks for the props Marcy. I'm pretty good at lifting heavy things from point A to point B but burpees and DU's are my nemesis! (and running and rope climbing and being quick in general LOL!!)
