Skill/Strength: Shoulder Press or HSPU

WOD: "Brenton"

Five rounds for time of:
Bear crawl, 100 feet
Standing broad-jump, 100 feet

Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Compare to Tuesday, November 9th, 2010 and Saturday, August 13th, 2011

Reminder there will be no crossfit kids this saturday. Next week will be the last week of crossfit kids with classes on Tuesday and Thursday.

Well... I guess I'm officially competing. I fought off the guilt trips from Sarah as long as I could! haha

13:23 with a 41lb vest.

Guilt trips??? I call that 'encouragement'!! ;)

NextGen is going to KILL it this year!

Big props tonight to Dylan who did this with a 41.6 pound weighted vest (I weighed it). Awesome job to Kymm and the 6:00 pm class who cheered each other on and showed some of the newer members what crossfit is about.

12:53 as rx'd...last PR was 15:21!
