Five rounds for max reps of:
Bench Press (bodyweight)
Wallballs (20/14)
Post reps for both exercises for all rounds. There is no time component between rounds.

Goal: "To stuff Dubbs like a thanksgiving turkey" (his score was 208).
Bodyweight: 217lbs
10/40 = 50
10/35 = 45

7/38 (whew!) = 45
Rest periods between rounds were between 4-8 minutes.
Total 46/84 = 230 total
Mission accomplished. Driving myself to the emergency room now.
