Strength/Skill: Hang Snatch

WOD: "Wall-Lynne-Balls"

Five rounds for max reps of:

Bench Press (bodyweight)
Wallballs (20/14)

Post reps for both exercises for all rounds.  There is no time component between rounds.

Big props to Dubbs on his round of 66 wall balls and over 180 in his workout today.

Goal: "To stuff Dubbs like a thanksgiving turkey" (his score was 208).
