Bradpd...very astute observation about the girl in the picture being on her toes...definitely not the way to lift weights! LOL!

You dd great too marcy. I would have been no repped a few times on my first round since i was half push pressing. Thanks for helping me stay on track with my form. I welcome redirection since it only makes me better. It was fun working out with you and amber today :)
