Muscle-up practice
I am about as close as I can get without actually getting one. Any of you muscle-uppers our there have a link to some good MU practice I could watch?

I heard he's not fat anymore, so I need to destroy him to make sure he doesn't get cocky.

He's never been fat Tyler, we just gained some baby weight together. You are just jealous because he's so handsome ;).
