Five rounds, for time of:
7 Muscle-ups
21 Burpees
Each burpee terminates with a jump one foot above max standing reach.

or,

Five rounds, for time of:
100 ft. Lunge walk w/plate overhead (45/25)
21 Burpees 
Each burpee terminates with a jump one foot above max standing reach.

Now, there's a TERRIFIC TRIO! Great pic, ladies!

23:17 (option two) modified with 15 lb for lunges in rounds 3,4&5. Might have been my worst workout ever...ugh!

rounds 1 and 2 i completed the full 21 burpees, rounds 3,4,5 i had to scale the burpees to 12.

that one was really tough actually. Much more difficult than i expected!
