Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 
5 Pull-ups 
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 
5 Muscle-ups
10 Pistols, alternating
15 Power Snatch (75/45)

pistols were to a med ball

1 HSPU (no abmats!! 1s time ever) on the min for first 9 min, then 1 abmat last 3 min. Progress is progress people.

Shoulder press 63lbs 3 reps every minute for ten minutes

Cindy: 15 rounds plus 2 Pullups as rxd - PR.

Wow Marcy, you are doing awesome! Seriously, one day I want to grow up and be like you. And yes JB, progress is progress!

63lb press / i think one or two rounds i only did 1 or 2.. but i tried to stick with 3 reps! i was trying to keep up with Marcy! :)

10 rounds:
half done on green band for pull ups and the last half i used the black band! it felt fantastic!!
