Oh goodness....a workout that took Chad almost 45 minutes??? I might have to skip this one--it would take me eight to ten hours! Scaled!

5 rounds scaled on the db squat cleans and the HSPUs. Rough one to do 12 hours after "Gator" Took me about 32 minutes and change. Gotta be a real hero to do this one. Nice work Chad!

29:53 modified with 15lb dumbbells, blue band Pullups, 73lb power cleans and toes on the box HSPU's. Only five rounds for me. Felt more like punishment than a workout.

Sorry 11:30 'ers! Missed going in today since Eric had business meetings all day & he couldn't watch our kiddos. So I did Fran at home (in our new garage gym set up) after rowing a 2K. Pretty much kicked my butt, so I can't imagine what you all feel like! Awesome job! I miss everybody though; hope to get in there soon once our homeschool schedule settles down a bit.
2K 11:30
Fran 7:32 (45 lb bb & dead hang
jumping pull ups)
Btw, if I missed sending you an evite to our housewarming/open house this weekend, I apologize. I'm not doing too well with this new age of keeping contacts on: iphones, home, yahoo accounts, CF accounts, Facebook account, homeschool group, etc. etc. I feel like I need a secretary just to "marry" all my various sources that continually feed me contact info! LOL!
Needless to say, you are all invited to stop by anytime this Saturday between 10am and 5pm. Call me if you can come over: 850-5071, I need to plan for enough snacks! And yes, I'll tell Eric to turn on the football game :-)
