No run for me so I did Tuesday's WOD solo:

50 Burpees
75 Pushups (knees)
100 Lunges
125 Sit-ups

27:36 rxd....5 minutes and five seconds faster than when I did this July 14 in 106 degree heat. Not sure if all five minutes can be attributed to the heat or not...but clearly a marked improvement, regardless! :-)!

Subbed rowing with 8 minutes or jumping rope. As much as i hate to say it but i think i should probably do this one a couple of times a week. Hate it but its good for me! Working on the weaknesses!
