You go Dubbs! You inspired me to show up today even though I woke up at 3:15 eastern time. A nap would have been easier! But I said, Dubbs doesn't look like that from napping! Also inspired by Laura who showed up even though she views running as a weakness! Great job Laura! I love Next Gen!!!!

27:36 rxd....5 minutes and five seconds faster than when I did this July 14 in 106 degree heat. Not sure if all five minutes can be attributed to the heat or not...but clearly a marked improvement, regardless! :-)!

Subbed rowing with 8 minutes or jumping rope. As much as i hate to say it but i think i should probably do this one a couple of times a week. Hate it but its good for me! Working on the weaknesses!
