Strength/Skill: None
WOD:
"Olympic Total"
Snatch 1-1-1
Clean & Jerk 1-1-1
Warm up to an opening weight that you're comfortable with (80%+), then let'r rip!
Total your best lift of each exercise for your "Olympic Total" score.
I believe this is a Next Generation CrossFit first:
This mystery lady secretly snuck out in the middle of a WOD (without telling the trainer), to pick up her car (a block away) from being detailed ("but... I jogged there!!!"). Then she drove back and snuck in to finish her WOD. Luckily for us, her best pal called her out.
Absolutely speechless, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry!
Name that crossfitter!

If Clint Brookover would have pulled that, he would have stopped at Taco Bell on the way back to finish the WOD.

In my defense, my car was so trashed that I had cheetos up to my eyeballs from three little ones. It was an intervention that had to be done. The detail shop closed at 6:00 and I had to promise to be there on time to get my keys. :)

See, it all goes back to the cheetos.
Now, if the the car was trashed from broccoli, then it would have been completely understandable!

Amy,
how did you get out without getting caught. There have been many wods I want to stop and leave. I was afraid Eric would catch me. Congrats on your stealthiness.

Hey Potter,
Maybe you should actually stealth your way INTO the gym first?
What's it been, like, three weeks or something?
Some guys just can't handle Vegas.

Fran- 43 lb, green band 5:32
Used the same weight as the beginning of the month and improved my time by 53 secs, not bad for a month. We did strict zone and I really liked it. We cheated this weekend and I was ready to get back to my healthy foods! I lost about 7 lbs too.
