Strength/Skill:  
Sumo Deadlift (no high pull) 
Work up to 5-5-5 (heavy as possible, while concentrating on form)

WOD:  
50 foot Overhead Lunge walk (45/25 - plate)
21 Burpees
Five rounds for time.  
Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.
