Strength/Skill: Rip out as many pullups as possible without peeling off the bar. Then perform as many pushups as possible without stopping. Post scores of both pullups and pushups to comments.
WOD:
Turkish Get-up
50 reps, alternating arms, for form.
Post weight to comments.
Another dang good reason to CrossFit.

Today's WOD was meant to be done with a light weight, maybe a 35-55lb kettlebell, working on form, alternating sides.
An excellent full body workout from one who has done it before. Sorry it wasn't more clear.

Sorry Eric, I forgot to post I worked up from 35, 53, and 70lb kettlebells. Completed 50 reps at various weights.
