HELLO FROM MIAMI!

i checked out Crossfit ATP this morning - great group of people. the weather is WARM they expect rain today.

clean / front squat / push press / back squat / push press (repeat) 7x without dropping the bar

WOW what a great WOD! Great job Ailee, Kari & Reid!

The OHS & SQ C&J took me the longest. Felt good to do some heavy DL's after taking time off for my back to heal.

And no Shannon we weren't running in the snow...we ran in the beautiful rain in the balmy 35 degree weather...in the dark:)

forgot to say...Thanks for the coaching Eric!! I needed the encouragement today.
