Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
15 Pullups
30 Pushups
45 Squats

well, after 6.5 weeks of pure coughing sneezing choking hell, I made my way back into the gym today and did baseline... Hold on to your hats boys and girls.. Johnny Bunn is back!
