Weather Update:  Due to unsafe road forcast, we will not be having the 4, 5, and 6pm classes this afternoon.   The 6, 7 and 11am classes on Friday morning are also cancelled.  Hopefully the roads will be safe enough to have the Friday afternoon classes.  Stay tuned to this website for updates.

30 Handstand Pushups

50 Kettlebell Swings (55/35)
60 Situps
70 Burpees

Thanks Eric, great to meet you too and thanks to the 6am class for welcoming me in. Looks like I will be hitting the 6am tomorrow as well as the weather is putting a bit of a damper on tomorrows plans.

Yeah for the "Girls In Black" this morning!!! We should have taken a picture.

WOD (Pregnancy Version):
30 Regular Pushups
40 Pullups (green band)
50 Kettlebell Swings
60 Knee Raises
70 Pregnant Burpees

Fun but hard WOD!! Be safe and stay warm everyone!!!

25:18. Rx'd except HSPU. Last place of the day but at least I finished. 70 burpees suck.
