Hag told me that he would be there at 7 this morning. Did not see him. Obviously concerned because he would never tell someone that he was going to be somewhere and then not show, I called his office. He has a nifty new phone system that list all kinds of options to get through to different departments. However, I had to push '0' to talk to an operator though because there was no option for the'weaksauce / no show department' in their system. I have been told that it will be corrected by Monday.
Been a really lame week for me. Work has me swamped and I strained my knee on wallballs the one day I did make it. Hopefully, work will calm down after tomorrow and swelling in knee will go down. I figured I had better check in before Park hunted me down and started calling me names.
I really appreciate it when everyone posts their times and write comments to each other.
Not only is it good for us to check our progress from the last time we did the same WOD, but it also is pretty hilarious to read sometimes.
Sometimes...
Sometimes it's just plain scary.
But not all the time.
Just sometimes.
Like when Hag's at the wheel and he has the power of the World Wide Web in his grasp.
Seriously, I really appreciate you all and it's an honor to be your trainer and friend.
My own half arsed workout today. 21/15/9 back squats and bar dips. 135 weight. Time 6:18. Why am I limping? Coach Hines threw me down the side of turkey mountain!
