Hey Chad! Are you back in town? How was your climb? Hope everybody has a great holiday! Stay safe, and see you on Monday!
Zone tip#8
If you get off the zone, don't worry. It will always be there waiting for you. That is why following the zone perfectly for 30 days helps your life so much. Once you know what your nutrition "home" is, you can always come back "home" to the zone. Your cheat meals can be little nutrition "vacations". And your zone blocks are your "roadmap" to getting "home" safe and sound to a life of energy and low body fat!

Luila - thanks for your help with the PU form and finishing strong on the squats!
Happy 4th! Were off to the beach...

My time was 24:38 as Rx'd. On 9-2-2008, my time was 42:05. Apparently, even I can improve over time.
