***Hey everyone, a bunch of us are going run the 4-mile loop this morning at Turkey Mountain .  We will meet at the parking lot at 7:20am and start running at 7:30am sharp, if anyone wants to join us.  
Today's normal 10 and 11am classes are still on.***

For time:
100 PVC Pushups
100 Ring Rows
100 Hollow Rocks

Eric-glad you linked to last August's workout. Last year I did this workout in 26:36. Today, 15:09. Hollow Rocks still suck though.
