Spealler, arguably the world's fittest human, decided to try the second workout of the Rocky Mountain Regional Qualifier. The workout was:
3 Rounds for time of:
10 Chest to bar pullups
10 Front Squats (165#)
10 Burpees
Even with a body weight of only 139 pounds, Speal crushed it. The top times for this workout in Denver were Matt Chan with 3:12, Ricky Frausto with 3:45, and Kyle Kasperbauer with 3:54.

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
