As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Pushups
8 Kettlebell Swings (70/55)

Nate In honor of Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy, who was killed Sunday February 4th during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.

Day 5 of "Hero Week," brings a pain I haven't experienced before, but the concept fires me up enough to keep coming in. Thanks Eric and good luck to the 4 bad*$$e$ competing in the qualifiers this weekend. You guys are an inspiration!
