hello all,
Just an update that I have been spending most of my week in a bathroom. Needless to say I didn't think it would be a good idea to work out with the problems I have been experiencing. I wanted to wish all good luck at the regional qualifier. I am going to stay in Tulsa this year. Have a great weekend and I will be back on Monday ready to kick some crossfit butt!

Gee, John. Thanks for sharing your bowel movements with the world wide web.

19:06
that was a tough one!

forgot to post weight...started at 75lb but did the majority of the workout with 65lb

I think Bunn has the swine flu!

This is an official Crossfit Callout!! I, Jeremy "Mr. Dubbs" Bedell, am calling out Chris "I don't show up for burpee workouts" Haggard. We have both gotten fat...again, we've both been lazy, and we both need crossfit.
If you're man enough to show your face(and flabby gut), step away from the nachos and step up to the plate. It begins Monday with measurements and deadlines, and the winner will be rewarded with the dinner of their choice by the losing chump. So put down the funnel cake, find some oversized workout clothes you can wear, and waddle your fat can back into the gym!
To everyone else, pick sides and the books are open for any extra wagers to be made. Hag...bring it!

Accepted... I've been looking for a motivation tool. Pictures will be taken, it is ok to have a fat picture posted on the web if there is an unfat picture of you next to it. If you are still fat after the 90 days then the humiliation is doubled. Percentage of body fat lost determines the winner. I also expect Park, Hobie and William to bet on Dubbs. So I will take a C-Note bet from each one of them. Anyone else want Dubbs let me know... wagering closes Tuesday after the 6pm class.
On a side note, I want to wish Eric and all the boys competing this weekend good luck. Kick some ass!!!!

wow!
I will pray about this one fellas,
The only things I could add to this wager, (if you are both men enough) is that I say that any time a burpee workout comes up both men have to do the workout (even if it falls on their day off), I also say that the loser comes to workouts for a month in small biker shorts and a tank top...

Side note- I dont think its the swine flu Adam, although it does smell like bacon everywhere I go =)

Haggard is correct. I take Dubbs. In fact, if I was picking teams on a playground, Dubbs is the very first unmotivated, fat kid I would choose and Haggard is the very last unmotivated, fat kid I would choose. I suspect the motivation provided by the Dubbs "Callout" will last Haggard less than a week. I think you both showed wisdom by waiting for "Hero Week" to end before starting your contest. I'm sure glad that me, William and Park are self-motivated and don't have to rely on such gimmicks to get ourselves to show up for a workout. Good Luck Dubbs

17:02 scaled to 115 lbs.

I think Hag and Dubbs should also be required to show up to the Olympic Cert in OKC, even if only to observe. And I think the consequences for quitting should be no golf or beer for a month for Hag, and Dubbs? I'll have to ask Nina about this...

Is a hundred all I can get on Dubbs?

Park, You got 500 on Dubbs... Is that good or you want more?

Dubbs one last thing... With all the money on you already we could parking lot this deal and make out like bandits. Just keep eating like crap and we could split 700 already from Hob, Park and William. Easy money.

20:14 as rx'd.

I love the bet and need to see the condition of the horse (Dubbs, Hag) before I place my bet. good luck
