Fish

The Fish Game:
Let's have some fun!  
Get your highest score in four minutes.

OK, so you're the fish facing the onslaught of fellow ocean-dwellers, both good and not-so-good. Move your fish up and down the left side of the screen by altering the intensity of your row. When a good fish is headed your way, align your fish with the oncoming fish and gobble it up for a points value (small fish are worth 30 points; striped fish are worth 60 points). Avoid those large, toothy predators, because each time they gobble you up, they take 45 points off your points value (once you're at zero points, you won't go any lower).

Each game runs for 4 minutes, and begins when you take a stroke on the rower.  You may compete as many times as you would like in your hour to achieve your best score.

This game is a HUGE hit with CrossFitters everywhere!  

The winner of the day will recieve a $50 Gift Card to In The Raw Sushi Bar!!!

What are the CrossFit Games?  The CrossFit Games are the ultimate test of fitness. It's a grueling two-day competition in which the world's fittest athletes compete in a variety of workouts. What are the workouts? Each year they change, and the details of them are not announced until a couple days before the event. This means that all year long, the athletes are training for a competition whose format is almost completely a mystery.

"Fight Gone Bad"
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (for reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (for reps)
Box Jump: 20" box (for reps)
Push-press: 75 pounds (for reps)
Row (for calories)

In this workout you move through all five stations after a minute of max reps each.
On call of "rotate," all athletes should move to next station immediately for best score.
Each round is exactly five minutes followed by a one-minute break before returning to round two and three.
This WOD is exactly 17 minutes long since the clock does not reset or stop between exercises. 
One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Squats

Situps

Row (for calories)
For 20 seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can, then rest 10 seconds. Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, making it 4 minutes total per exercise. Rest one minute before moving on to the next exercise. This make for a 24 minute workout.
Scoring will be explained before the workout.
