Happy New Year!
1. The gym will be open from 3 to 4 pm today. The WOD will be:
"Murph"
For time:
Run 1 mile
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
Run 1 mile
Partition the pullups, pushups and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run.

I have my kids all week so I did Murph modified at home.
