Since Mindy and Alex are out of town, there will be no 2pm class today at the gym. However, if anyone wants to meet me for an early morning trail run at Turkey Mountain, feel free to come join me at 7:30am.
If you are wanting a WOD, and are unable to make the early morning run, be sure to head to LaFortune Park at some point today and hit a 5k for time.

Tried to run POSE method for the entire run. Stayed on the balls of my feet while running but had to stop every 10 to 15 minutes due to using new muscles. Did find it easier to breathe and pace myself. Hardest part was activating my hamstrings, though. Did not run for time, but it came out to around 45 minutes.
