Today we start our November Challenge! Since we now offer classes 7 days a week, we are challenging members to follow the strict 3 day on/1 day off program recommended by CrossFit Headquarters! Feel free to commit with the other brave individuals for this exciting month of hardcore training!
Reminder: The McNellie’s Pub Run is on Saturday, November 8th at 3pm. Be sure to pre-register before Monday, November 3rd to receive $5 off. You may also take the Guinness Challenge for an extra $5 if you want to add a little more fun to the run!

Day 1 of the Nov. challenge was a great workout. Everyone did awesome keep it up!!!!!!!!!! Double Unders........ Ugh!!!!

out of town for day one. Spent 2 hours playing all out back yard football with my 3 brothers and cousins. Sprinted better than everyone. I was fresh and they were tired. It used to be the opposite. Anyone going tomorrow?

Could not make it to the gym today so I did the Jenks Crossfit WOD at home. I will do Saturdays WOD tomorrow to keep the 3 on 1 off routine.
