Wade is a machine. Wade is on fire. Wade is an animal.
No fat burners, no starvation diets, no whining, no excuses. No paint-on tans, no shaving off body hair ("to best show off the muscle") no standing in goofy positions for a better "after" picture. (More like, "Hey Wade, take off your shirt and stand up against that wall", in which he replied, "Are you serious?") No grumpy mood swings from hard dieting, no diuretics, no liposuction, no drugs...
Just two and a half months of CrossFit, the Zone Diet and good ol' fashioned blood, sweat and tears.
More energy, more strength, more stamina, more LIFE.
Rock on Wade. It's people like you that keep me going strong.

Seeing that has to make everyone wonder what they could do with two months of crossfit and proper zone dieting. You're an animal, keep it up Wade!
