CrossFit Classes: For all levels from beginner to advanced, this class consists of a trainer-lead group warm up, workout, and cool down. Class durations are one hour and are offered 6 days a week.

Open Gym: Open Gym allows for intermediate to advanced members to work on their skills, strength movements and workouts on their own.  A trainer is present to answer questions and offer recommendations.

Getting Started:

Welcome!  Your training begins with a three-part process.

Step 1: Call ahead or just come in to one of our regularly programmed classes, take a tour and meet with us!
Step 2: Fill out standard gym legal forms, complete payment process and then schedule “On Ramp” classes.
Step 3: Complete the “On Ramp” training Classes.  These training sessions, lasting anywhere from 1 – 5 days based on competency, will enable you to show or learn the basic CrossFit fundamental movements before starting your membership.

Monthly Membership Options (auto-draft):

Unlimited Membership Options:
Unlimited month-to-month: $135/mo.
Unlimited, add family member: $90/mo.
Unlimited month-to-month active MIL/LEO/FD (with valid ID) : $100/mo. 


Other Options:

Drop-ins (must be an experienced crossfitter):
Daily: $15
Daily + t-shirt: $25
One week: $50
One month: $150

10-visit Punch Card (expires 3 months from date of purchase): $125


Payments:
Membership fees are deducted on either the 1st or the 15th of the month. Declined credit card payments incur a $20 processing fee.
Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their auto-draft membership with a 15-day written notice prior to billing date. Cancellation requests turned in less than 15 days will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee.
