Each team member completes the below WOD. Break-up however you partner would like. One works while one rest…..

  • 800 m. Run
  • 60 Air Squats
  • 50 Reverse Lunges
  • 40 Ring Dips
  • 30 Push-up’s
  • 20 Strict, no-kipping, Pull-up’s
  • 400 m. Run
