WOD: Five rounds for time:
10 Pullups
5 Shoulder to Overhead, 165/113

Strength/Skill: OTM x 10
3-5 Overhead “Pause” Squats (hold the bottom for 3 full seconds) – Not about going heavy, but rather improving your bottom position.

Additional: OTM x 10
Odd: Tuck Jumps (:30 sec)
Even: Deficit Pushups (:30 sec)

  1. WOD: 6:52 rx’d – I hit a wall after about 2.5 rounds. Had to push hard on the S2OH to finish.

    S/S: 5 rds @ 75# – 5 rds @ 85#

    Great job 5:30 and 6:30 am!! Feels good to be back.
